Mercy House has 12 efficiency apartments that serve our families. Organizations, churches and families from the community “adopt” apartments. These groups keep the apartments stocked with needed household goods: utensils, dishes, cookware, towels and washcloths, cleaning products, trashcan liners, brooms, mops and bed linens. Many of these items are kept in stock at the shelter, some can be picked up at the Mercy House Thrift Store and others must be donated. Please contact Patricia at 540 432-1812 if you are interested in this project and would like to adopt an apartment.
